Have to hand, if you can

  • Whatever arrived: the letter, petition, notice or proposal, including the date on it.
  • Roughly what the company owes, to whom, and what is due in the next 30 days.
  • Any personal guarantee you have signed, and the balance on your director's loan account.
  • If an adviser has already recommended a procedure, their engagement letter and fee proposal.

Nothing you tell us is passed to a practitioner, a lender or HMRC. We do not take referral fees from anyone we introduce.
